Hello,
I am Master Casewin and I am the Weapons master of the New Jedi Order.
First things first, before you get your training saber you have to have been to the Guest Quarters and Orientation and have your profile in the Jedi Biographies section and be on the Orientation Completed list.

Now that that's out of the way we can discuss lightsabers. A lightsaber is what most people define a jedi or a sith by, therefore the colour of the crystal is very important and a way to destinguish personality and alliengence. To do so you must ask yourself what sort of person are you and what colour lightsaber are you destined to have. Below is a list of colours:

Are you blue? A sign of a warrior who will do anything to wipe out the sith. Their loyalty is true and alligence clear.

Are you green? A true lover of the force and knowledge. They try to turn those who have strayed from the light rather than resort to combat.

Are you yellow? A balanced character who tries to find a way to make everyone happy.

Are you purple? Noble and trustworthy. Will do anything to defeat the sith and is a loner, who prefers to fight alone than in a group.

Any colour you recieve will start you on your path to becoming a jedi. Come in and tell me a little about yourself and I will judge to see what colour you are worthy of.

"Thank you, Ma'am." he said as he took the saber from her hand. "But I always thought of myself as more of the, 'work alone' type than as a team... I thought I might get a purple one..." As he held the saber in his hands, he began to scour his mind for possible upgrades and improvements to the blade itself.

"I understand, master..." He paused for a moment, "It just occurred to me that I have not introduced myself. I am Venku: Elite Mandalorian Warrior from Mandalore, descendant of a clone trooper Darmain... What should I do now?"

Venku took her hand and shook it vigorously, "It's a pleasure, ma'am," he said, and wondered what to do next.

Casey watched the young man disassemble his light saber and the reassemble it without any problems. She thought it might be nice to see how good he was before the classes start. She used the force to move a pile of boxes over a few feet to reviel a door in the back of the armoury. "You appear to have so weaponary skills." She said to Venku. "Would you like to practice your lightsaber skills in my testing room?" she asked.
