That's an actual picture of the man backstage at the live in Tokyo Dome like two years ago from the Video. that looks like Kyo but with small differences. for instance the face shape, cheek bones, hair colour, and i believe Kyo has less eyebrows...the lips are a tad different too. i wouldn't be suprised if thats a cosplayer though, i've seen a girl who did such a good job as Miyavi, some other girl posted her picture as Miyavi.

That's definatly a cosplayer that is not Kyo.
You can buy that ring at jpophouse.com He doesnt look that much like Kyo he just did a good job with everything.
