hello if you have been abused or abandond or anything that has made you completly heart broken please post it here and i will pray for you

i have recently been though some tramatic things and i had to move like from cal to texas. i hate it here and i have been cutting myself. i hate X's on the inside of my arm and i think i will never get over the move
i dont want to continue cutting but it is just so easy
(like punching a pillow) sad help me
