So I guess the obvious question that needs to be asked, and if already asked please dont flame, is how did the Titans pay for the tower to be built? Seeing as Beast Boy needed to get a part time job to afford a moped makes it hard to imagine they had the cash laying around to build the tower.
I have not followed every aspect of them in the comics also so may have been mentioned there, or maybe Robin just hit Bruce Wayne up for the cash.

I'm thinking Bruce Wayne.
But, since the Titans aren't vigilantes, could it be that the city government recognizes them as heroes, and funded them?

Raven_Cry I'm thinking Bruce Wayne. But, since the Titans aren't vigilantes, could it be that the city government recognizes them as heroes, and funded them? Could...but seeing as your average city has a hard affording to keep all the police cruisers in a "will actually run" Or to pick up the trash. So the more I think of it I say Wayne Enterprises just "misplaced" some stuff convieniently.

They didn't pay for the tower to be built. They built it. Cyborg did almost everything. And I know that for sure because of how we saw Titans East's Tower get built. It was all Cyborg. w00t!

It was all Cyborg. w00t! I'M BACK! *Everybody dies* uhh...sorry...? Man, I wish the Cyborg non-appreciators were acknowledged by that! A lot of fics and pics leave him out. But really, he's really useful. As for the Bruce Wayne helping the tower; nope. Robin I d**k Grayson left Gotham because he wanted to his own team and be indivual. I guess it's cause he was getting closer to manhood. He was over seventeen for sure when he founded the Teen Titans originally with Wondergirl I, Flash, Aqualad, and Arsenal when he was Speedy. They kind'a changed it in the Titans animated. But that's a really good question, I know some nerdy people who are like 'But it's lopsided, a giant t, it'd be physically impossible to build something that stands' so i was wondering how it would cost i mean do you guys think the Titans are rich? They have to be! Their house is like a giant mansion it's a great place to live as a teen.

It was all Cyborg. w00t! Well even if he built it, the stuff to build it with does not appear out of the blue. So some cash outlay was needed to get the materials. And Superhero tends to be a not very well paying gig to have.

Near as I can tell the tower was funded by several very lucrative sponsoring programs that the Titans arrange. Such as having Zorbrain Spider-juice as the official marinade of the Teen Titans (mainly because StarFire "zlotfar urm mopzorn" lol ) until Cybor struck an even better deal (one that made him rich quick) sponsoring "Cy-BQ" sauce. 3nodding

what i would like to know is, you notice how the tower is on its own island well how do they get from there to the city i understand how raven starfire and beast boy can fly starfire could just carry robin and cyborg can ride on beast boy but how do they get the T car out?

It was all Cyborg. w00t! True. BUT: did he did a mine and get all of the raw materials? Did he refine them into steel? Did he crush them into plates? Did he similarly build all of the equipment used for making the tower? Did he make the paint from scratch? Cyborg might have a rich family, too, if they were able to afford to use the technology on him.

maybe the city is paying them money in exchange fot the teen titans to save it from evil villians. like cinder block and plasmas etc.
