Welcome to Shadow's weight blog! Here I will list what I usually eat, my weaknesses, my strengths, my exercise, my progress, etc. I don't really know how to do one of these so there isn't much I can really say. First lets start with weaknesses and strengths.
Weaknesses~
-Pizza: Since my dad sadly orders pizza like every weak I always eat some sadly. I'll try eating in smaller portions though because for me to stop eating pizza is almost imposible. sweatdrop
-Fast food: Fast food like burgers, chicken, etc. When I go out to them there is never anything for me and my family always eats at them. I'll probably just start to get no fast food at all while I watch everyone else eat, it may be painful but it will pay off when I get home and I eat something healthy
-Salad: I don't like it, never will. I can never eat it, its just so disqusting (sp?). This probably won't change, but I'll think of an altenative to it.
Meal choices: I can never make good choices for meals. I have Pankackes for breakfast and Hot Pockets for lunch which is horrible, though I may have a sandwhich for lunch instead if I'm not lazy. And I never know what to get for dinner sadly. And don't say salad!
Sit ups: They hurt my stomach and I can barely do 30 in a row. They're just so tiring sorry.
Strengths~
-Candy: I don't care about them and I don't eat them much at all. I never eat gum either since I used to have a retainer for 2 years and couldn't eat it or barely any other candy I got used to not eating candy much.
-Snacks: Almost the same as the above. I neve eat sugary snacks anymore. I only eat fruit for snacks now really, and I even have a bag of chips in the kitchen, but I don't like chips much yay. biggrin Cookies don't really tickle my fancy either so they aren't a threat
-Biking: Its one of my main ways of excorsicing and its one of my favorites. Thats the reason my legs already seem skinny compared to the thighs and most of the middle waste area which is the area I want to work on.
Drinks: I don't drink pop much more, just water and only like 2 bottles of pop a day and usually the pop is Diet Root Beer. The only real threat the 180 calorie bottle of Hawaiian Punch with 43 gallons of sugar. Bad isn't it.
