Well, I saw the movie with my step-mom and we both came out very fustrated!! I felt like they spend though the ENTIRE movie and they left out my favorite part where Sirius and Snape almost face off.
But beyond that, my question is when Snape was looking though Harry's memories and stuff...he made comments.
"Feeling sentimental?"
"I may vomit"
My question to you all is, what would you do if Snape probed your mind like that? Personally I'd be extremely pissed if he walked in when I was dreaming about him...in a wrong way. But what do you all think?

omfg YES!!!!! i loved that part in the book!!! how was he? i didn't get to see the movie

I know!! I'm a huge Sev/Sirius shipper and they left out my fight sad Those two needed far more screen time together.
I would probably feel violated if Snape probed my mind, and I'd be mad at him (if he did it without my permission). But it's Snape so it would be hard for me to be mad at him for long lol.

I would be like scared that they would find me stupid. v.v;; grr
Ya I love the part in the book where Sirius and Snape got into it, I was
so mad when they left it out.
Also I don't know if there was a another version of the movie, I'm hearing there is, but somone said they made the memory scene longer or somthing. But I saw the flash flash wth just happened one. That made me
so mad! They had it all filmed! They know thats the one scene that EVERYONE wants to see? Why cut it out? *le sigh*
Anyways, Alan did a good job as Snape and I'm sure Alex Hopkins did
wounderful too, too bad we couldn't see it!
I did like the movie though, Voldemort and Dumbledor fighting was
awesome!

I was a bit disappointed with the whole flashbacks of Snape's memories. From what I read (can't remember where), when the part was originally filmed, they were going to have it so that Harry came upon them through a pensive... but during the editing process, I guess they decided they wanted to do it during the Occulemens lessons instead. And this ended up cutting out quite a bit of scenes (and characters... such as Lily).
If there is going to be the longer version of this scene available on the DVD, I'm going to be very happy, because I was really looking forward to how the young ones were going to portray some of our favorite characters.
