I've always liked Ino.Although, she has never been my favorite female character.Ino has always remained in my top three.
How I first came to admire Ino: I loved Ino's attitude, and how she had so much confidence in herself.I thought everything fits her, and she is a very beautiful character.
How I came to love her most, was her influence on Sakura.Ino taught Sakura to trust, and brought her out of her shell.In my opinion, Ino is the perfect friend anyone could have.She is the type of person, who will always come when you need her. heart

In the beginning, I downright disliked Ino. It wasn't until the timeskip when I started to be neutral. Then, after being with Ino-fans, I started to see that Ino was a nice, caring person. She helped Sakura when she was a little kid, and she's not just some selfish brat; she's a realistic, strong character. :3
Now ino's my 3rd favorite character! Huzzahs!

You know, it's funny.
I never liked Ino or Sakura when I first
started liking Naruto.
My favorite girls were always Tenten and Temari,
because of their way of battle and personalities.
I always thought fighting style was real cool, especially
mind transfer jutsu.
Ino always seemed to crack me up. The things
she says, the things she does, and even the way she talks!
I just came to love her personality and everything.
I started off thinking she was kind of annoying (along with Sakura),
but now shes one of my favorites.

At first, I couldn't have cared less about Ino.
I tend to always pick one character out of the series that I lavish with attention, and care more about the people around them. The first character I picked, was Tenten. Mainly because I thought she was the most non-feminine of the characters, and I loved her battle style.
I actually started to like Ino when I bought the Clash of Ninja 2 game for my cousin. Ino became my best character to play in that game right away. I loved her quick combos and fast moves. After deciding that, I began my research on her. I found out her personality, her relationship with Sakura, her fighting style, and everything else I could get my hands on about Ino.
Sooner or later, she became the only reason I bothered watching Naruto, and reading the manga, just hoping that she's in one of the chapters. I began to watch the filler episodes with her in them, just for the sake of seeing Ino and if I could uncover anything else that others might not have noticed.
So basically, it all started with the Christmas gift I got for my cousin. ^^;
Now, Ino is my favorite character, and one of the main reasons that I watch Naruto, for the sake of seeing more of my favorite anime female.

I didn't think much of Ino at the start, but she grew on me. she's my favorite character under Tayuya~ they're a lot alike, aren't they? sweatdrop
I always thought she was pretty && one of the only characters that, I think, you could actually find a person irl that's naturally like them, in personality. there aren't actually that many gaaras, or kibas, or hinatas, or sakuras, you know? xP

At first, I disliked all the females and felt they all sucked, but during the chuunin exams, when we learn about Sakura/Ino's past and Ino shows her true colors, I began to like her. She showed wit when she and Sakura squared off -- evenly matching even though Sakura is supposedly the most intelligent kunoichi [ I say only academically so] I like how she puts on a brave front -- even when she's shaking in her boots, so to speak -- to give courage to her cowardly teammates [who are still lovable <3] Unlike Sakura, who always doubts Naruto, Ino always believes in her team. She cheered Chouji on despite knowing he'd lose. She cheered for Shikamaru louder than anyone despite knowing how lazy he tends to be. spoiler if you havent read shippuden chapters arrow She was the one vainly trying to heal Asuma with limited Medical skills, knowing she couldnt save him but trying anyway because it was better than nothing. Ino will always be my favorite Naruto female.

I don't dislike any of the kounichi (well... Leaf anyway...) but as my best friend points out 'you just dislike Ino the least'. Sakura's character is built on what Ino showed her how to be, so I was upset when I saw that their friendship died because of a boy. But it wasn't Ino that broke the friendship, it was Sakura. Ino actually tried to keep her crush a secret so that she could continue to be friends with Sakura, she was more loyal. Hinata, as adorable as she is, is the stereotypical manga girl who's shy but (in shojo at least) gets the guy in the end. I kind of felt like her character was overdone, so she couldn't ever be my favorite character. Tenten, let's face it, had no character depth. We never see anything about her past, so its hard for me to admire her character that much.
So then there's Ino. She's strong, beautiful, loyal, and does try to help people, no matter what her reputation says. She really did value her friendship with Sakura, and she does get along with her teammates. She was devastated when Asuma died, and her team is the closest. They're the only ones who came up with a jutsu that all three of them played an equal role in. Not only that, she took charge. She has excellent leadership skills.
I'd go on, but its not like I'm convincing anyone of anything, you all agree she's a great character anyway...

My best friends favourite show was Naruto. So she encouraged me to watch. When I saw Ino I could tell that I would like her. That was the only
eposide I watched and I thought Ino was really pretty. After a while I reserched everyones personailty and found that being pretty isnt the only thing Ino is capable of (unlike Sakura who I really hate and she isnt really pretty with those emotions)And a big reason I like INo is because when Ino liked Sasuke, she kept it a secret so she still be friends with Sakura. And Sakura doesnt value there friendship. So when Sakura finds out Ino also has a crush on Sasuke. She ends their friendship.
This is also why I hate Sakura

I came to love Ino when I first saw her. Her personality is just like mine, and we look a lot alike as well. I can really relate to Ino, and I also have problems with an old friend, like her and Sakura.

I loved her from first sight. I thought she was such a b***h towards Sakura, but I really liked that because I hated Sakura at that time.
So, Ino started out as my ******** YEAH BE MEAN TO SAKURA character.
Then, as the story progressed, I noticed how Ino suddenly was revealed to be Sakura's ex-best friend and the whole thing about them just unveiled. I loved how she had been such a good friend to Sakura, but I was bitter that Sakura was so mean to her.

At first, i was neutral with Inos character and i liked Hinata more. Then i realized how...well lame Hinata was, she is the definition of the typical female character role (as well as sakura). Ino is a well rounded character, who is very caring with teenage girl syndrom. I love her personality and her willingness to put everything on the line for someone who quit being her friend because of a boy. Also, being Sakuras Rival makes everything funnier. Ino is my second favorite character to Tayuya smile

I started to pay attention to Ino because I was a huge fan of Shikamaru after he stayed behind to take on the enemy ninjas chasing him, Naruto, Sakura, and Pakkun at the end of the first chuunin exam.
So then I started to pay more attention to his team and discovered I really liked Ino. I read a lot of fanfiction back then mrgreen and b/c of that, the manga, and the anime, Ino became my favorite female character. I love her personality and purple's my favorite color!
