Picture two is indicating just how far apart yaoi and real life homosexuality goes. I would consider some yaoi fans/authors to believe the following:
1. Most gays are pretty bishies
2. Buttsex does not hurt
3. ... or any other sex, for that matter
The cartoon men are saying, "LOOK, THIS IS WHAT IT REALLY IS," and the fangirls are going "NO IT ISN'T," refusing to watch the truth, and preferring their sparkley magickal romantic fantasies instead.
