BOOKS!!!!!!
Yes, here at last, is the Book forum
a place to discuss great literature, or.... crappy literature for that matter.
Books have been around for thousands of years, before them, scrolls, before them, tablets, before them, spoken stories, and before them... well... I dunno...
books are a great way, to tell stories, or provide information, without the long expensive process of making a show, or a videogame, or something else.
They provide a window into another realm, a real where the only limits, are things that can be put down in words.
The actual physical properties of a book are astounding as well, many don't fathom the ingenious invention that is a book
look at its size, the shape, simple, and yet, able to hold so much information, most overlooks the true beauty of a book, and see them as an everyday ordinary thing, with current technology on the rise, and more and more informations being provided in digital format, yet time and time again, when reading online, I wish beyond everything else, that I could just hold it, in that useful form.
But I digress,
go, discuss fine literature, or as I said, crappy literature, your likes, dislikes, your favorites, the classics, and so many other things.
P.S.
yes, I said the word "informations" up there in that paragraph, watcha gonna do about it?!?! mad
