The ripped and torn flag still waves in the winnd menacingly. Even though some of the rocks block the view of the entire ship, people still know its there. The lighthouse was suppose to be there by the shipwreck. But odd things started happening. Many think the ship is cursed and no one should go near it or the island. There are still traces of construction from the attemp to build the lighthouse. Some people thinnk that since they reused the materials to build the current light house on the beach, that it must be cursed as well.

Being freshly out of the shower, Karen tied her hair back with a hair tie she had received from Tori. The new clothes she had put on seemed stiff, so she stretched a little to try to loosen them up. She needed when she heard Tori's name. "Nice to meet ya, Tori. Obviously, ya know I am Karen." Karen smiled sweetly to Tori. She then nodded when she heard Maia was being treated. She then walked into the room and looked around. She saw the food at the table near the bed. Karen seated herself on the food, and grabbed the tray the food was placed on. She placed it on her lap, and then began to eat neatly. Unlike at the docks, Karen decided to eat her food a little slower now. She then looked up at Tori when she heard Tori say her name. She heard Ms. right in front of her name and remembed the incident at the bar with Haro Shika. "Well, ya don't have to call me Ms. Unless ya see it as a form of respect." Karen said kindly to Tori. "I really don't need anything else. But would ya mind answering some questions?" Karen questioned.

Minty followed Karen closely. She meowed every now and then when she seemed satisfied with the ship. She then saw Karen go to the bed and sit down. She watched as Tori laid a bowl on the ground with slivers of fish in it. Minty happily ran over to it. She meowed and seemed to smile at Tori. Then Minty began to eat the fish happily.

Minty meowed when she was pet. She then proceeded to eat the fish happily again.

Karen saw the uneasyiness when she asked the question. She ate her food a little bit more. "Well, I was wondering why ya had to burn my clothes? Also, what connection do ya have to Maia?" Karen asked Tori, and than she went back to eating.

Karen set the tray back on the table next to the bed. She then looked at Tori. "Tori, I hope I didn't say anything wrong. When I was taking a shower I smelt buring fabric. So, I just assumed you were burning Maia and I's clothing." Karen stated to Tori.

Minty finished off her food, and then walked out of the room. She saw a man coming from the deck. She thought that was probably Tori's brother. She then walked through the large door he came through. Minty looked aorund at the deck that she had walked out on. She then noticed Maia standing next to a railing. Minty walked over and then jumped up on the railing near Maia. She then let out a soft, "Merow."

Karen watched as Minty ran out of the room. She then heard Tori and nodded to her. She stood up and pulled the hair tie out of her hair. She pulled both hands through her hair and flipped it.

Minty still stood on the railing and watched Maia worriedly. She meowed queitly while still watching Maia.

Minty heard about the pirate's shipwreck. She stood on the railing and looked around spotting the wrecked pirate ship. Minty felt the wind pick up, and she jumped off of the railing.

Karen stretched a little and walked to the door. She opened the door and proceeded out into a hallway. She noticed that the hallway was pretty large for a hallway. She turned to the right from her room. Walking down the hallway she came to a large room. Towards her right were two doors that seemed to head outside. To her left was a larger corrider that seemed to go to the kitchen. Right ahead of her was another hallway, most likely with more rooms to stay in.

Karen looked at a man that passed her by. She saw him go out onto the dock. She noticed Maia standing there with Tori. She then noticed the man stand with them. She noticed Minty was out on the deck too. She came close to the door. She wasn't close enough to be seen yet.

Minty saw Maia's glare and looked away. She saw the door open and than ran inside.

Karen saw Minty, she ducked down and picked her up. She got really close to the door and pressed against the wall. She could hear Maia outside now asking questions to the two near her.

Karen stood close to the wall listening in on Maia's past. She knew Maia was powerful from the way she looked. She didn't know Maia was that strong though. She heard some quick shuffling that seemed to be heading towards the open door near her. She then saw the man she noticed outside with Maia. He seemed to be angry about something. She saw him rush into the kitchen and heard Maia and Tori talking. She then heard Maia speak coldly to Tori. Karen felt sorry for Tori and she stepped around the door. Holding Minty in her arms, she walked through the door. She felt the a cool wind blow past her face. She then looked over to Maia and Tori and smiled sweetly.
