Rubbing Alcohol
Stud or Ring
Flame (lit candle or stove top)

Used in any part of the body:
1. Take a saftey pin.
2. Hold in under a light for a few seconds to steralize it.
3. Dip it in rubbing alchohol so it doesn't infect.
4. Put it in desired area and close the safety pin.
5. Leave it there for a half an hour.
6. Undo it and put the stud or ring into it.
