	Today's Joke I heard this and had to pass it on: It has come to my attention that Disneyland Paris has been ordered to cease its nighttime fireworks displays, as the noise produced startled a nearby regiment of French soldiers, causing them mistakenly to surrender to a a small group of Czek tourists.

	Hahar. That's so wrong. When I was fruitlessly attempting to learn French, my friend kept asking me how to say, "I surrender." And if you're still alive and breathing while also online, how come you haven't posted yet? confused

	That's nothing compared to the city guard "Rote Funken" (Red Sparks) of Cologne. It is said that during the bombardment by napoleonic troops, they hollered back from the walls: "Hüürt op ze scheete! Seht Ehr nit, dat he Lück stonn?" ("Stop shooting, will you? Can't you see that there's people standing here?" wink

	-Snort- I like Paris, but with the dispositions of most of the people I ran into, I don't see how they could have been branded surrender monkeys. Some of them are really feckin' mean. On the other hand, if you talked to them outside of their jobs and off the street, they could be really nice. A little creepy, if you ask me.
