We stopped in North Pole Alaska,
Now i can officially say ive been to the north pole,
Its an iteresting place were the town is christmas themed,
They even have "the santa clause house" where an old man who legally changed his name to santa clause lives.
There is a giant plastic santa clause along the highway which can be seen quite a ways away.
The resturants are almost all christmas themed, making eating a interesting experience,
The streetlamps are all christmas themed as well making them look like giant candy kanes.
Strangely despite the fact i was in a christmas themed town,
The strangest sight had nothing to do with christmas,
In the north pole safeway i saw......
A pirate,
Yep a pirate,
Walking thru the aisle's creating quite a commotion,
We said hello and waved goodbye,
Never thought i would see a pirate grocery shopping^_^
North Pole was a very strange town but I enjoyed it,
I think I'll remember North Pole for a long time^_^
