ripping... slapping... biting... kicking... screaming... crying.
These 6 words fall into most of my days.
I use the 2nd, 3rd and 4th on myself.
The 1st i do to my mind and soul.
5th and 6th i share with no one, except my pillow... but only when i am in such rage, that i bury myself in it, hoping the pain will finally leave me alone.
