Up so high and I'm not coming down. I don't think people realize what kind of state I'm in. It's like 'oh ya, sams happy, what else is new'
No, I'm happier then I've been in a long time. Pure bliss, and may is such a bad month, so this is AMAZING. Oh wow, I feel like a million bucks. To go back and repeat it all, I'd do it in a split second, wouldn't change a thing of my day, everything went so...perfectly. Completely lifted that horrible feeling I've been carrying. Until you see a little girls face light up and share that feeling with her of companionship, welcoming, belonging and that total unashamedness that I shared with her then you'll never know the absolute joy I'm feeling right now.
This is to you little MJ, for making me a little bit of a better person today. Even the smallest of people can accomplish big things.
Note to people: Don't stomp on my happiness. (: Be happy with me and for me, or ******** off. Okay? Okay. ----------------
More about my state:
Okay, so I'm an empath, I pick up on peoples emotions really well. Like REALLY well, if it's negative energy I'm depressed for the day, if it's positive I'm happy.
So imagine me in a room with 21 smiling grade 5 girls, sitting there with their childish innocence, their bliss, shy giggles and their complete attention. All waiting for the day, filled to the rim with excitement, practically bursting, but nervous because of all the familiar faces. Barely contained we travel through the days events and become closer, a group. With chants and playful banter, each girls personality shines through those beautiful expressions. Each one an individual with special qualities, that even they don't comprehend, they're just so happy to be there, and so happy to have me there that nothing else matters. I become the mentor, the role model. They become glued to my sides, hanging off me like monkeys, but I don't mind, because that's what I'm there for. I am the coolest person ever to them. The day wears down and with grass stained knees, tired faces and t-shirts 5 sizes too big we walk back in, chant for the last time and begin to sign their shirts. Soon I have a line of kids, some not even from my group of girls, but my girls told their friends about me, and now they want a little message from me too. As we depart with high fives and hugs and a wave good-bye I'm saddened that the day is over, but with a new group of friends I'm more positive about the departure. They're totally pure, and taught me how to be a kid again, how to just live without worry for one day and what people should really be. Which is the greatest feeling in the world.
2..4..6..8 who do we eliminate. All the rest, cuz we're the best Goooooo Bandits!
Be the change you wish to see in the world -Ghandi.
Love, Peace and Chicken Grease. -Sam
