During a special time of year, it is said that the Bulbasaur and Ivysaur gather together for a festival in which they evolve together. They are all drawn to the spot with a special scent, one that smells like a cherry blossom. Though it's no where near that time, this Bulbasaur seems to just like sitting under the sakura tree and sipping at his tea, regardless.

Yeah, I know, I'm terrible. I got it off one of the anime episodes okays?! >.< And besides, Bulbasaur just seems like a tea guy for some reason or another...
