Just a few short poems I wrote a few months back. Just let me know what you think, what you like, don't like, what you think could be improved. Constructive criticisms, please.
Haiku:
Harvest moon rises-
Shining eerie and pale-
The soft light of night.
Senryu:
She sits alone,
Lost in a different world,
Book open in hand.
Tanka:
Clouds Sneak in, wind blows,
The sun swiftly disappears,
Gentle rain falling,
Thunder and lightning move in,
The wind blows it out again.
Cinquain:
Silence,
Calmly dreaming,
A smile on her face,
Comfortable in her soft bed,
Awakes.
