I have a vendor's license, and my shop is currently open. right now, though, there's only fish in there, and not a lot. I will eventually have other items for sale (fishing rods I don't use, discount bait, etc.), but that'll be once I actually know people are buying stuff.
(also, to the butterfly-girl that PM'd a request for gold to me, if what I sent isn't enough, you'll have to deal with it. I don't just make myself bankrupt over random requests for gold.)
