Well, since I'm trying to lose some weight (damn you hospital for making me gain!), and I'm not going at it alone, I'm gonna start recording stuff here every day until I reach my goal. So...Here I go!
Current Weight: Between 145 and 150 Ideal Weight: Between 110 and 130 Goals: Excersice more, drink less soda, eat less (or more healthy) between meals.
Breakfast Day 1 2 cups Cornflakes 1 Cup 2% milk 1 box raisins.
So far, that's it. If I can lose the weight, maybe I'll have an easier time managing my diabetes, too...I sure hope so...
