In the age of the Oracles, the land was filled with new writings and teachings from visionaries, poets, authors, and historians. Every single one fulfilling a purpose, a job for the development and understanding of the future generations to come. One of the many Oracles that were lost during the Age of Darkness, but were found in our present time, is the many scrolls written by a visionary named Elithea the Prophet. In the Oracles, Elithea describes the Gifts and predicts many events to come. Some have already been fulfilled, others will soon come to be our present reality...
When the time comes, when the world is consumed in darkness, worse than during the Age of Darkness, there will rise a light that sings out it's brightness and it will conquer the darkness. Be aware of the light for it has more Gifts that even he knows, he cannot always control them, and he bears a burden no one else can comprehend. The angelic being named Elithea, whom I have been named after, will appear to him and present him with the weapon to conquer the darkness. But it will cost him his heart, and his life, to save the world from it's imprisonment of shadow.
Just a small taste of the Novel I am working on... Though I'm still working on the details, and making sure all the strings eventually "play out" the picture and the story... I will post ideas or isolated events within the story here.
