It’s hard to describe how I feel
But these feelings are for real
Cause when you smile I melt inside
And my feelings rush like the rising tide
When I think of you my heart skips a beat
Cause it knows that I must admit defeat
You’re with a good guy and I know it
So I’ll sit by and become the poet
When we talk it’s like he disappears
And with him goes all my fears
Cause when I’m with you I feel secure
And I feel like I know what my heart is for
