Monsters all around me
This is what I see
I recognize your face among their
And I really don’t think it’s fair

I loved you all along
But now I know that I was wrong
I thought that you were different
Now this will be the end

I’m standing all alone
Hanging on the phone
Her voice is haunting my inner ear
Why should this appear?

I could already hear the ring of the bells
But you’re just like everybody else
You told me that I was the one and only
But now I feel so lonely
