Mizu, is a Water Spirit imprisoned beneath the earth by an angry witch. Every nine years, he awakens, and is driven by an uncontrollable lust to claim the first girl he sees as his own. This means he has sex with her (with it being either rape or consensual), and stays with her at all times until either she dies, or he grows tired of her, in either cause, he will fall asleep once more. Mizu's powers include shapeshifting (either into animals, people, or liquids), telepathy, telekinesis, and the use of various spells (Most of which have to deal with water, or some variation of it, like ice).
Mizu is of light-green coloration, and his skin is smooth, like a human's, but always slightly damp. He has no visible eyes, but can see via receptors in his tentacles and body that transform sound and smells into images. It's a bit like echolocation, but loud sounds won't cause him to lose focus. His tentacles normally look like those of a squid, though he can change them at will. When he shape shifts, he can only appear as different shades of green, though he can usually change them to such a degree as to appear human (As in, he could turn to such a pale green as to look like a rather pale man). When in human form, he is six foot three, appears to be 23 years old, and has dark green eyes as well as shoulder-length, green-black hair, which he passes off as having dyed it.
