The Love Between The Raven And The Crow~

There's things in life we don't understand,
But eventually,
We overcome that with a little thing I would like to call love.
The love between two mysterious creatures of the night,
Is like two seeds growing into something,
A rose bush perhaps,
But what lies behind,
Or under those bushes,
Lies a baby;
A baby crying helplessly;
Hoping those that can hear it,
Its dreadful cries for help,
For someone to help it before its too late.
The eyes of the shadow was nothing,
Nothing at all,
But pure loneliness.
The feathers;
Oh,
Those wonderful black feathers,
With a tint of purple in them.
I could only imagine,
Imagine what it would be like as a crow.
As I looked in the mirror,
The crow's reflection was beautiful;
The most beautiful thing I saw.
But then,
Something else appeared before me;
A faded image of another beautiful creature.
It was like no other,
No other creature that I have seen before;
The creature was the most wonderful thing I've seen;
Its dreadful,
Dark eyes gazing into mine.
Oh,
Do I wish I was that Raven!
The beautiful black feathers,
With a tint of blue in them that shines in the dim light
Whenever she spreads out her wings.
And took off over me.
I turned to watch her land gracefully,
And upon my windowsil,
There they sat,
And here I stand;
What a wonderful thing I saw,
A wonderful thing, Indeed;
The love between the Raven and the Crow.
