I think of the times we've had,
And realized something I hadn't before..
The happiness that had shown itself
Made me see things without horror.
It seemed like no one had seen me;
But I hadn't seen the person in you
That would lead me to these feelings
Of happy, joy, and truth...
As odd as these feelings are for me,
I still want them more than ever;
For now you see, we aren't alone,
But instead we are together...
((I thought it was ok for being a first love poem, but it's really not that great.))
