Today I got the chance to educate a semi-deaf girl in a wheel chair. We were both waiting in line at the cafeteria and she was talking to her equally inept friend saying, "Boy, everyone's feet must be really tired except for ours. I bet in the future, people are going to have to pay thousands of dollars for a seat that follows you wherever you go when we already get one for free--Ha!"
So I bent over and pushed her wheel chair over onto its side. I took a big step over the large contraption with her still attached to it; and as I looked back at her scrambling upper limbs, the scuttling single wheel left spinning in the air, and her wheel-chair-bound buddy who struggled in vain to help her out, I smiled and replied:
"Hmm. I guess not."
Semi-deaf people in wheel chairs are so stupid.
