"Yah Ki-Hoon!" called a boy from down the hallway.He was running towards me at a very fast pace,nearly tripping over some books on the ground that somebody had just dropped.He stopped in front of me out of breath and tired.":What do..?"I manged to get out before he put up his hand kneeled on the floor to rest.A bead of sweat dripped down his face as his wispy black hair covered his black eyes. He seems about the same age as me."What could he possibly want from me and...who is he?" I thought as i waited for the boy to stand up and say something."I would like to go on a date with you." He stated.For a minute i stood there pondering whether or not i wanted to accept him or not."So you mean you want go out on a date?" I asked.
He nodded his head in agreement."You mean you want to go to a place together? Do different things like bike riding,getting food and stuff like that?" I questioned him.
"Pretty much."He replied.My answer to this was...
"Not interested." I replied and started to walk away.
"What do you mean your not interested?" He asked confused.
"Exactly that." I replied as if it were obvious, which it was."You're turning me down again.?" He asked unbelieveing.
I stopped walking and turned around to look at him, confused."What do you mean again?I dont even know you."I stated as i walked back over to him.
"What do you mean you dont know me? Im Song Shin,I've asked you out exactly twenty times and everytime you've blew me off and said no..in a different way." He stated."This is interesting how could i have been asked out my someone twenty times and not remember him..hmmm I must be losing it." I thought."Look." I said addressing him."I dont go out with guys nor will i ever so no way." I told him almost rudely."Neither do i." i heard him mutter as he looked to right, scratching his head nervelously."What...then why in the heck do you keep asking me out?" I asked rudely.Song Shin looked at me and then looked away from me with an angry look."I was dared to." He replied."By who?" I asked wanting to know the person responsible for this so i can have a "talk" with them."By some upper classmen who want to embarass you." He replied."Why do you hang out with them if they embarass you as well?dont you have any friends in your grade level?" I asked him directly once again.
"Not really, im a nerd." He stated sadly.I felt bad for him.I wasnt a nerd, but if you asked my status it would be popular but not popular.I never did anything so i dont know why i am considered that way,maybe because i am picky about my friends so i dont let anyone be my friend.But maybe that will change.Someday.
Song Shin continued to stare at the ground, not saying anything or moving to leave.The awkward silence was driving me crazy so i decided to make the first move in this game."Would you like to be my friend?" I asked him while staring at the ceiling, counting the tiles."What? me be your friend,Am i dreaming?" He asked me eager."Well im making an exception." I said as i turned my gaze on him.
"Really..th.." he manged to get out before i quickly interupted.
"But you have to prove to me that you are worthy of being my friend." I told him with a serious look of my face.If he was gonna be my friend he was gonna have to earn my trust.
Song Shin look at me confused."How do i prove myself.?" he asked me.
"By passing all 10 of my trails." I replied back.
"Trails?" He replied as he looked at me with fear of what was to come.
