Let me be engulfed in flames
Let me hold him tightly
I can take all the pain
Every twinge
Every blister
Every scar
Every bruise
They all come together to tell our story
The sad tragedy and romance
Balanced precariously on lust and desire
Overflowing with suffering and sorrow
Every page is filled with a longing despair
Every chapter is written in my tears
The ink is smudged and running down the page
Just like the blood that leaks out my pain
