The other Wednesday I finally got a chance to go up in front of our Youthgroup with a message that was in my heart. I spoke up to them about the love of God and told them to learn to be unselfish and unashamed. I told them that no matter what we did in the past God will always forgive us. Of course I said alot of other things, but I won't go into detail. It's too much stuff for a blog I suppose.
It was a good day that day, I even had the chance to try out a new trick with my delay pedal when I was up there with the rest of the worship band. It was a sort of volume swell with slower repeats that echoed out. People responded really well to it.
Then other stuff has also been happening too... The not-so-good stuff is that we're losing our home and that me and Ivette have been fighting again. It isn't pretty stuff... I still have no job and no way of being sure that I'll be going back to GCC in the fall semester. I have to go back there sometime soon, I'm thinkin Wednesday morning so that Ivette and I can be sure everything is good with enrollment. Even though we're argueing more, I really think she's starting to grow up. She's still jealous and easy to anger, but she's starting to lessen her outbursts and reasons with me now. She also apologizes and lets go of things pretty quick now.
I know things will turn out good in the end, with finances, finding a home, fixing the relationship, with music, and most importantly, with God. Everything will turn out find if I keep an open mind and a heart for God.
