Bio: Andrew was born as the 3rd son of the Koagage, because he was the youngest out of the 3 he always tried to upone his brothers. Andrew was born with the wind abilitys out of the family. His village wants to rule all the other villages, but they dont know as much as the need to about the surface world.

Creates clones out of the air/oxygen
2. Wind style: Air Dagger Jutsu:
The blades on Andrew's wrist extends (6 in) with a small vortex of air that takes the form of a blades edge
3. Wind style: Air bomb Jutsu:
Using his wind abilitys he "explods" one of his custom made bombs, that only works with him, extreme air presser is shot out of the slits in the bomb sliceing the area around it (4 ft range) (can use one hand for hand signs)
4. Wind style: Suffocation Vortex Jutsu
Creates a small air pocket/bubble from his left hand around his opponent(s) (like water prision jutsu) that takes away the oxygen to where the opponent will suffocate and die.
5. Wind style: Balls of Light Jutsu (aka Flare Jutsu):
From his wrist cuff Andrew releases tiny marbles that, with his charkra, start to flash (like strobe lights). It can cause blindness, mostly used to escape (like smoke bombs)

Creates a vortex of air below his feet that "hovers" him and lets him "walk on air"
7. Wind style: Air Armor Jutsu:
Andrew Creates a vortex of wind around his body that cannot be penetrated, but in return he can not do any other jutsu at the time this one is in effect, and will not last a long time. Also used mostly to escape

The user creates a ball of wind in his hand that he can launch at an opponent. (can use one hand when doing hand signs)

The user blows out a powerful blast of wind, which can easily level a large area. (can use one hand when doing hand signs)

This jutsu creates cyclones that vary on size depending on how much charkra is left and how many air bombs he has thrown down
