About GRAVOL- A Note to self & whoever else may be curious..
I woke up early yesterday morning with strong nausea, which came & went throughout the day. In the evening I gave into recommendations from family members to take a Gravol. A doctor of mine in the past mentioned that this stuff shouldn't be taken unless you are sick enough to have nothing to do but sleep for two days, because the effects take a while to wear off... and you will be incredibly drowsy & such. But I went for it regardless, because I wasn't thinking ahead & the notion of a good nights sleep appealed so much. I know that might be a crappy reason but hey, that's a lesser example of getting caught up in the moment without regard for tomorrow, we all do it sometimes.
Anywho this is bad because I feel absolutely weak/tired from this stuff, and I really think it's the gravol. My mum mentioned it would do that TODAY, so she reinforced my original thoughts about why not to take it.. only problem being that she said this the morning after I did. I'm off to do some review for a statistics midterm which I write tomorrow, so here's hoping I make progress! I miss out on part of the afternoon tomorrow, which would have been potentially a great time to review further, but I have an appt w/ Dr. Fecteau which of course I can't miss nor would I want to.
So, wish me luck! domokun heart
This is SUCH a horrible idea, I knwo... but I want to try and counteract it with caffine. I have never done anything so stupid before, though. Actually I probably have. But even so.
...hey, nausea is still here. o_o *realization* Damn.
