Keither was well aware of his inability to beat M.J. at a game like Street Fighter. He was far from the gamer she was, but then again, he was far from the technological weapon anyone was. He lived a very simple life in contract to most people in order to reduce his overall exposure. He may as well as simply lived in the mountains with how little technology was involved in his daily life. His house was simple, old, almost as if it was stuck in a time before consoles, computers, and televisions became a thing..though he did have a few things up to date, but only things that made chores easier, but other than that it'd be easy to be bored at his house. Keither was overcautious in life, but even with that he could not help but smile at the trivia M.J. spouted off at him. It was an interest, just not a need for him. M.J. often dominated the conversations they had as Keither himself was mostly disconnected from emotional things, and she was fairly excitable.
He didn't even have to tell her that he wanted his usual drink as she stood up to just go grab them. He wanted to ask her if she wanted help but she had zoomed off. He took a deep breath before waving his hand lightly. He took a quick look around before he pulled out his old phone and looked through the messages he had received. They were all written in code, obvious to only the most experienced of them. They were mostly messages from clients. He looked back in M.J.s direction before he simply turned his phone off. He'd take them at a later date, for now he would stick with M.J. for he had just returned from a job and figured he would use a little break.
After a bit of time it seemed it was taking a little more time for M.J. to return. He supposed she needed help and so he stood up and went to go get her. He found her next to the pitchers and cups firmly in the grasp of a waiter. He stood there for a moment, curious if it was just some nerdy talk, but he realized from M.J.s face that it was unwanted contact. His eyes narrowed as something in him seemed to connect. He had no idea what it was He moved forward and raised her hand, bringing it down firmly on the mans wrist as he pulled his hand up "I don't think the lady needs you touching her." he said as he twisted the mans arm "Its not wise to touch people against their will." he said easily pushing the man right into the counter as he stared the man down. M.J. would know the look, it was a look that said he would really hurt this guy if he didn't leave soon .
Crispin wasn't quite expecting the barrier to appear, but the screams of the red-haired being did at least clue him into the actions taking place. It seems this man was capable of converting life force into energy for his own use. He narrowed his eyes "Cowardice." he spoke shortly before the man launched himself at him. Crispin went on the defensive as the man unleashes a combo of punches. They had weight behind them, force. This man was strong clearly, but he lacked any finesse and planning. Still, the land walker did indeed have enough strength for Crispin to feel the punches though no serious damage was done as Crispin's body was extremely strong, his tissue dense enough for him to take many types of attacks without serious injury, but it didn't prevent him from feeling the damage. The elbow to the abdomen did hurt quite a bit, right before he was thrown away anyhow. Within the building Crispin rose to his feet, shaking his head to recover from the force that just sent him through the sign of the building. He did not have long however as Alexi joined him, blade in hand. Crispin struck back but only clashed with the criminal man before he was blown back into what looked to be a bathroom. This fight sure was destructive. He had no time to reflect on the damage as his head was shoved into a toilet. It was just filled with water, and really did nothing though the smell was awful but that was before the uppercut. That actually hurt, but Crispin's body held as he landed on the floor three floors up. He slowed crawled to his feet, letting out a small groan as he was chased and confronted.
He turned his eyes to Alexi and observed him. He straightened himself up "Is that yours?" he said with a smirk. He watched as Alexi went to slam his fist into him again, but this time he seemed to deftly dodge it slamming the end of his trident right into Alexi's chain. Crspin went on the attack, showing off his own speed and ability. He avoided Alexi's punches striking all pointed on the mans body with a combination of kicks, punches, and using his trident. He landed in front of Alexi before slamming his trident upward at Alexi's chin slamming the end into his abdomen, releasing a burst of magic right at that moment. Alexi was sent through the wall into another apartment. Crispin did not led up and chased after him. Alexi seemed to get up quick enough for Crispin to stab his trident right into the man side and lifted him, slamming him into the floor and downward into a lower level. Crispin knew this man could take it.
He met Alexi and exchanged blows a bit more, but the man's attack did not have the same weight to them that they did. He attacked with his trident digging the trips into his skin, cutting and stabbing him as he could though none was fatal. Creating some water around his hand Crispin grabbed the man with it, expanding the hand and wrapped it around the man as he slammed him into the floor constantly before tossing him though the wall outside
The man seemed only gain strength with the violence, but Crispin was not backing down on this. He jumped out of the window and used his trident to soften the fall a bit. Water began to circle around Crispin's arm before he whipped it at a monetarily downed Alexi and wrapped it around his legs before pulled it hard enough to lift the man and slam him into a nearby car. Crispin aimed his trident at the car and launched an orb at it. As it hit it seemed to explode with a large energy, as well as making the car explode. Crispin doubted that did any serious damage, so the fight would go on. He seemed to be having fun though "There are people up here with some strength. I am glad." he prepared himself for another assault.
This wasn't exactly all knew to the man known as Adeyemi. He had exactly been expecting to be doing such a thing, but none of it was really new. Adeyemi followed the Solarii who had captured their teammates, being as stealthy as possible though it was difficult as he was actively looking for a signal on his Icom. Adeyemi know how to work one, but finding a signal was never easy and the last thing he wanted was to pick up the wrong person. Adeyemi was going to try his best to pick up the two who had wandered off, they should have had their own comm on them, but there was no telling what they ran off with and where, but he'd rather know they were okay. This was a horrible start to their little expedition, but damn if he wasn't secretly having some strange sense of fun with it, not that he'd let the others know. Adeyemi lived for this type of stuff, life threatening or no.
Adeyemi would periodically looked at the two he was with, wondering a bit about them. Heather seemed to be fine with this stuff, though that wasn't a surprise. This group was made up of people with some level of experience he supposed, though the way everyone talked they would be more inclined to handle combat situations than he was. He had little observations on the people around him before they went head first into a storm, but those were basic and told you nothing about anyone, and he wanted to get to know them more, but they sort of crashed onto the island before he got a chance. He still had a better idea about Heather than Lexis who he had no earthly clue about seeing as how she made her way onto the ship without anyone knowing. He wondered why she did so. He was intrigued, but right now wasn't the time to worry about whether or not the people you were stuck with were,, he could try to inquire about that later, but for now were in a bit of a situation.
They had tracked the Solarii to a shinto looking temple, stopping as they did. Adeyemi remained hidden, searching among the signals for a response from their lost comrades. They had taken Lanfen and Dominic, though Adeyemi was a bit more worried about what people like these might thing of doing to the female, the male they might simply kill, but neither of the two were in for a good day if they did nothing. Adeyemi didn't want to wait too long. There were two options, try to contact the captain and the archaeologist and get together, or they could blitz the two. The first option was more of a risk for their captured comrades, the second one was more of a risk for them. He continued to turn his nobs and speak "Come in, this is Adeyemi Gozzo do anybody read?" I spoke into the com again hoping to get a response. I've been doing this the entire time whenever I got the chance. I spoke low so as not to heard "Anybody listening?"
I looked at Heather for a moment "Well if we are going to attack lets at least try and find a way to blindside them. Going in without a plan will get us killed, and then them." I said as I spoke one last time for this particularly frequency "I repeat can anyone hear me?" and after a bit I guessed it was dead and went back to searching. I looked at the two girls "What do you think? If we're going to do this we will do it now before they grow in number, which will probably happen." I said clear in my slight joke, though a part of me does think of the possibility of more joining them.

Letting out a soft breath Harvey withdrew away from the table on which the young man laid. He surveyed his work for a moment "Okay all closed up. I'd be careful next time. Abandoned buildings are not really fun to play in you know." he said. He began to wash, his hands, and his little tools. The young man sat up looking at his stitches, seemingly impressed with the work. It was just a few light ones, nothing serious. It was nothing the required a doctor. Harvey looked back once he was done enough. He'd do the rest of it later when he got back. He spoke with the young man a little while longer before sending him on his way. This was a normal day for Harvey, especially since he quit working at the hospital. They had him on call in case they really needed a hand, but for the most part he took care of injuries that did not require people a hospital. It was refreshing, but it did distract from Harvey's current hobby which was taking pictures, and today he wanted to take pictures again.
He put on some of his normal clothes. He always wore a simple t-shirt often blue or black in color, with dark jeans. He didn't really like to dress up like this and often he could care less for getting them dirty, or ripped. Easy to move in, easy to operate in, no hindrances. That was how Harvey dressed. Once he had dressed he proceeded to grab his camera and two bags. One of them held the supplies he used to deal with injuries and other health issues, and another simply held pictures, and lots of them. He carried many of his pictures around with him these days either to marvel at his own work, or simply because he would stop by a friends to post up the pictures and that was normally every three days.
He made his way out and through the streets. He would stop every so often to take a picture, even if t was of something he had already taken a picture of. He got a new camera from time to time and likes to takes pictures to compare. His pictures came out great, near perfect. He caught happiness and sadness in his pictures. It seemed to be the mood these days. He was going to take a number of pictures before he stopped of course. He did want to take a picture of the old Xavier school eventually. He wondered if that was even okay.
