I used to be strong like a bull, gracious like a cat and determined to do what I wanted.
I was... Broken. Don't worry about it, it's mostly over now.
But I'm still weak and clumsy and a lazy bum! So, starting in the new year, or sooner, depends on what I can sort out, I will post a big status update every week, including weight and various results, such as number of pushups, longest chain of skips with a rope, situps, and whatever I can figure out how to do on my limited budget.
I just want to make it clear, apart from clothing-induced rough spots, like the dreaded muffin top, I am happy with my body the way it is, curves and waist and chest an all. I'm just horrified by my own health. I have the reaction times, balance, strength etc. of a 50yo, and not a 20yo that I should have. And with a genetic predisposition to arthritis and back problems, that should raise red flags all over the place.
