I'm closing my eyes, letting the whole thing pass me by.
There's no more time left to keep asking myself "why?".
I need to let go so this echo can subside...
At times, she'd hold my head up late at night.
While I waged war with myself, she was trying to stop the fight.
She never doubted my warped opinions on suicide or hate.
She made me compliment myself when it was just too hard to take.
I just can't let go yet because she made a great impact on my life...
And I made a promise to her...
She won't be a memory, she will be in my heart forever.
