People are sick. Truley sick, and everyone around me is going crazy, and are in desperate need of psychological help including me...
You never think of an inanimate object of being your frind until you have to get rid of it...Or hear of it being malled, and destroyed. So I realized that books are something that I would now consier my friend. T-chan, a friend of mine, lied to her mom. Stuff like that's normal with everyone. Well her mom found out, and made her burn a book. And the worst thing about this book burning is that her mom made her watch the book being burned. As the cover melted, and the pages turned to ash, she was forced to watch it all. Just hearing that watered my eyes and made my chest tight. People who could do that to those that love books as much as we do are ******** sadistic. In my opinion they don't deserve to live....
Doing that to T-chan took her over the edge.... She's crying and she can't stop, and those urges we get to hurt ourselves. She has those too now... Her mom deserves to rot in hell for doing something like that too her daughter. For sending T- chan to a mental hell with the rest of us....
Even now, the tears that stain my cheeks are of anger, and sadness, and pity, that another had to join our ranks. That the masks that they put up are being torn down without their consent. I try to let my tears run their course and drop onto my shirt before I ever try to wipe them away. It's respect for her, and her psyche, and my own well being.
I tell other that I carry burdens...Because that's what I do. With my problems I carry others. I have secrets and hide them to help others. And so, with this habit, thsi way of being a have another name. I am ATLAS.
