So a couple of days ago, I went with my mom to go see my grandpa and pick up my moms blind friend and his dog. So we went to see my grandpa.....and it smelled bad...and it was just the most sadning thing I've ever seen. So we went into his room. It was bad. He rememberd who we were, but he kept repeating things. It was so sad..and seeing my mom cry and stuff wasnt fun. We only saw him for about 10 minutes tops and he sounded so sad and nobody has visited him for 3 weeks....not even my grandma. My grandma I think is making up excuses not to see him. I felt so bad for him and he missed us and he was so sad when we were leaving. I tried hard to hold back tears, but they came. It's been a while since I cried about someone else instead of my own problems. It actually felt good to cry for someone else. Anyways it was sad. When I grow up...I DO NOT want to live in a nersing home. I'd rather die. TRUELY.....so yeah. Seeing him like that made me think about where I'm going with my life and what I want to do with it, and how rare life is..and that I was greatful for EVERYTHING, and that you dont know what you've got until you say goodbye.....so yeah. Then my grandma showed up as we were picking up randi and his guide dog...I was a little mad to see her (cuz she doesnt really care about her husband) anyways, we went to sonic and then raul called me and he was like "hey Katelyn, I'm really depressed and I wanted to call a person that was happy all the time so I could feel better. " That made me feel awesome. whee and better about things. =) Anyways, that's all the update for now cuz I'm tired. Later peeps! Enjoy life now...yup.
