Hey everypeoples. I'm taking a Gaia break, so this will be my last update in a while. Ja ne. ~ Forest of Angels Chapter 7: Uneasiness and the Unforgotten Section 3
What was that dream? He asked himself. Tsano concentrated hard to remember, but the details seemed to be slipping away faster as he tried to recall them. He even closed his eyes and leaned against a wall, leaning his head in his hands, trying desperately to cling onto the remnants of the vision. But it all slid away from him, however. This made him angry. The dream seemed to be telling him something from beyond a veil, warning him, but… “Sir?” Tsano opened his eyes and looked up. A young maid carrying a large dish on the tips of her fingers was staring down at him concernedly. He shook his head briefly and stood up. “I’m sorry…” He muttered, looking up at the maid. “Did you say something?” “Is Sir ill?” Tsano laughed weakly. “No, no…” He told her, and an unexpected yawn issued from him. “Just…tired.” The maid looked away uncomfortably, blushing slightly. “I was going to bring food to you…” Tsano then noticed that the trey was laden with food such as slices of Oranges, Orange Juice, Milk, Cereal, Toast, other fruit, and a Pop-Tart. “Thanks. Oh, does this bother you?” Asked Tsano. He switched into a human instantly, a light breeze moving through the hallway as he did so. The maid looked up, blushed, and looked away once more.. “I’m sorry.” She bowed and left down the stairs, a bit too hurriedly, for she nearly tripped. He gave up trying to remember his dream. Stepping lightly down the stairs and slipping slightly on the marble in his socks after the maid, he entered the busy kitchen where Ileno was sitting in a chair that was much to big for her with a napkin hanging from her neck, banging her fork and knife down on the table enthusiastically. They all turned in his direction when he muttered a brief, “Good morning.” Ileno shouted for joy. “Did you like the ‘Pop-Tart’?” She asked excitedly. “That was mine and Sister’s idea.” Tao Chi snorted and buried her face in her hand, soon looking back up at Tsano. “She keeps thinking I’m her sister.” He laughed. Uri smiled. “Good Morning!” She said, also very enthusiastically. She was drinking something that Tsano expected to be coffee. “You slept late.” “I was tired.” He complained, setting down in a chair. “I’d still be sleeping if…” There was a pause. “Well, nothing, I just had a weird dream.” “What was it?” Asked a bewildered Ileno. “Nothing, I can’t remember anymore.” He answered. “It was weird, though, so never mind.” He changed the subject. “What’s going on at Olivand’s place, Uri?” She looked over at him from the top of her mug. “What? Oh, that. Well, his old servants are undergoing interrogation, because I believe there’s more to this than we think."
