I'm not a poet. Well, I am, in a way, but I hate writing poetry. Hate it so much you don't understand. I run in a mathematical sort of way, where everything I do has to be in an equation-like way. In my mind, all poems have to rhyme - not exactly an ideal that is shared between poets. But we are doing poetry in English class...and this is what I came up with. I kind of like the first part...so...what do you think it's about?
-----------------
Silent insanity Stripping humanity Nothing ever comes close
It takes and it gives I'm stronger than this Truth at the end of your nose
Personal answers Breathing the cancers The air is heaven and hell
You want to blink You can't even think This is your twisted fairy tale
Mistaken personas Real people in comas You walk in a zombie-esque state
People are animals Sadistic as cannibals No morals can save them from life
You think you can take it You'll only just break it Environmental factors are the knife
Every day the same You know them by name It takes you four times to win
Help them believe You think you can leave Then it goes after your kin
