oh my goodness!! my colege film became a little bit of a pain but its still good i hope. the continuity (consistency in shots - people lok the same and the props are in the same place etc) is realy shoddy but its meant to in mot of it. i think im gonna have somethign wrong in almost every sequence now to justufy it all. at least its not a serious project!!
has to be handed in in 2 days - wish me luck!!

eek O...M...G!
soooo goood! clive owen really deserved his awards for this film - i thought he was amazing.
for those who dont knoe the film is about four people who love-lives inter wind with diasterous results.
what made it a good film for me was that it wasn't a romance/chick-flick that most people said it was. also the wasy the film makes references to sex almost constantly but doesn't contain an actual sex-scene was really inventive.
two big thumbs up xd

as i just said so much for a daily enrty. i apologoise but i got a decent social life again and no-one seems to read these so i didnt bother. anyway, ploughing on at colege. timetable change meant we have new clases which aren't exactly exciting but its the way it goes somethimes.
keeping it short but sweet, next entry will probably explain my first year programme (which is almost rerady to be filmed) and possibly other ideas i have for things i just wnt to film.

Resident Evil: Apocolypse Review |

just a small not to begin to say that todasy i went into town and bought my dad a mini golf set thing that has a mat for you to make the hole/course. its a jokey prezzie but looks like fun.
Any way, the film.
For those of you who havent seen the first (or, like me, saw it but it went over your head) the film starts almost where the first one ended. it has a prologue which breifly tells you all the important parts of the first film. it then tells the story in chronological order: (semi-spoiler, highlight to see)
it goes from when matt and alice were seperated to her being getting drugged and what was going on in racoon city as the virus got out at the same time.
it ends this sequence when Alice goes into the street - the end shot from the first film, and the story continues from there.
Despite haveing an '28 Days later' and 'dawn of the dead' feel at times, it is a unique film and has a lot more jumpy and suspensful parts than those two films combined in my opinion. i jumped in my seat quite a few times, which is not an easy thing to do to me. there were even times when i jumped at something you should have expected. there is a lot of action and brilliant fighting sequences including Alice primarily and various other characters. every other character is pretty much completely introduced as only Alice and Matt survived the first film, and Matt was taken away after being infected with the virus. the main new charcters are interesting and either comical or intense. therer are many fantastic one liners that had me close to rolling on the floor in stiches. a lot of point of view shots form villains/creatures/zombies make the film very entertaining to watch as well.
In conclusion i would have to say it is an action packed killer (sorry, had to say it xd ) that shows girl power in a way the Spoce Girls never could (again, sorry) and gets two thumbs up yet again. Recommended to all who have a strong stomach and like the games, horror and action films in general or especially like zombies/zombie films.

MAROON 5!!!!!! *faints with excitement* |
well, no one cares or knows cause i dont think anyone has read any of these but for those of you may have i'm back from Birmingham. i enjoyed myself fully and realised my completely lacking attention span and just how easily i am entertained. we arrived on friday after i talked to a nice enough guy on his way to see his g/f and during the day on sat i went shopping, buying a reasionably expensive but ace black top with pink/white winter trees ( no leaves) on it. it doesnt sound much but is v. kewl. we also went into the Disney store and i bought a pink animal top!!! its awsome! i LOVE animal and have wanted a top of him for sooooo long! so i got it and am v happy.
on sat night i went to see maroon5!! they were brilliant, amazing live! i sang to my hearts content and was elated! they brilliant performers and the singer Adam is so energetic - he was singing and playing as well as bouncing about...perhaps he takes valium or caffine pills??? lol, thats a semi joke cause i wouldnt know if he does or not.
after the concert i ended going up going to the cinema to see Resident Evit: Apocolypse. As i have no interesting news for tomorrow (monday the 11th entry) i shall use that for a complete review.
Good Night ALL!!
p.s - 15 days till my B-Day!!!!

Basic summary of college and a cold update |
Firstly, the cold update: its still here!! ive been taking cold capsules and they stopped my nose running and my eyes watering which was a plus (++ xd ). i only have two left and there expensinve so in gonna take then tomorow morning and then see what happens...as i type this my nose has started again... scream
Moving on...college today... started quite crappily as my duo needed to become a trio and no-one wanted to help for a reason disclused to me later, so wa kind peeved. we eneded up getting help and wee sorted, though i think im gonna have to suggest going in on monday to do the last exercise cause we're starting our assesment nxt tuesday!! (wish me luck!) went to the pub on our BIG break (2 and a half hours!). i got alcohol and was id-d by the girl when the guy served me beforehand! Has anyone had that before? if your a girl you get served by guys but girls always ask for id?? its discrimination i tell you!! stupid BIATCH! i gambled and gave her my id (which tells you im 18 in 20 days) and she accepted it...take that whore features!! We had lighting at night and it rocked! my bud whos been off ill was back, so that was nice. i had fun and felt a ton better! hes really behind with classes and stuff so i think im gonna ask him if he wants to cme in on monday and we'll do our camera stuf and ill help him if he wants. i would suggest going in on friday but im going to birmingham for a maroon5 concert so i cant.
WELL THATS ALL FOR NOW...NIGHT NIGHT POSSUMS!
P.S. im not sure if anyone is looking at these caus ei looked myself and dont know if it records my views as views...if you do comment!! you know you want to

Well, today is the first day of my journal...i decided on one post a day, and this is day one so its long. they wont all be. promise
Anyways...ON WITH THE SHOW! Today...what a good day to start my journal! good coincidence. today i went shopping and bought a thumb ring, a first because i dont wear rings and rarely wear necklaces. i went in the net when i came home and did some personality quizzes...im eric in that 70's show. im happy cause hes funny but the explanation said hes practical and doesnt have unrealistic idea or believe in ufos or aliens, and neither do i. well thats total crap! (A) i want to be a film director...FILM DIRECTOR! like tarantino and that. weish me luck cause im aiming for the freakin moon! (B) extra-terrestrials (sp?) do, i repeat DO exist. my friend and i swear we saw we saw them. we were stargazing and a couple stars were speeding across that sky really quickly and one did an 30 degre turn and zoomed away. i dont believe we have the technology to do that yet and no, we wernt smoking anything, at all. i found a diet on the net which gave me my body type and have a print out of foods that dont agree with me and sympotoms i get when i havent eaten the right foods, which i have experienced, so im giving it a shot. fingers crossed for me! i was babysitting as well. the kids didnt give me any hassle. this is getting to be a habit..normally they have a lil drama when i mention bed time but not the last few times ive been over...i think there plotting something. OOOH! i also saw Collateral on saturday. the film with Tom Cruise and Jmaie Foxx. One word Amazing. i missed a little bit in the middle, highlight the next bit if you wanna know which bit, or care the bit where the wolf goes infront of the cab and the start of the bit in the club but i still liked the film, even though we rounghly predicted the last bit. i was satisfied with the ending, a bit upset but it was the right way to end it.
i the words of Hades in 'Hercules', "two thumbs WAY up."
anyhoo, thats me for today, at colege tomorow so will prob have a interesting post for you all Night night! x x heart
