Hmm... try lying on your back on the floor with your knees lifted until your back is in a straight line, then staying that way for a couple minutes. If that doesn't work, then try Ibuprofen.

Ahh, for that I normally turn to the Harry Potter series. If I go for a dark book I get not so nice ideas while the HP series is very character driven with well formed, human characters.

Yep! I get the same way with writing. I used to get the urge to read constantly, but I ran out of available books so I started writing my own. If you live near a library, then awesome.

Well, it's pretty easy once you get the terminology down. Things like thou and thee both mean you, alas means nothing whatsoever, hark means listen... so on. Then realize that words like honor and flavor have an extra u thrown in to sound fancy so they become honour and flavour. Once you get that down, the sentences are just arranged to sound more lyrical, like everything is a song of some sort. A really boring song without a decent melody that can be hummed, but still a song.

Ahh, well, still. If you don't want them in that part of your life, they shouldn't be allowed there. Isn't it strange how people can go from significant other to mortal enemy so quickly? Sometimes I wonder if there's really that much difference.
