I was playin' my pokemon silver on gameboy color yesterday.

I was entertained for hours.

People made fun of me but I just like pokemon so much I couldn't care less.

Right, right? My friends ALLLLLWAYS come to me with their problems and whine about them all day. I can handle that because they're my friends, but I don't think I'd be able to listen to a whole bunch of strangers and help them out successfully.

Honestly, you've got the right idea going into psychological research. It's more interesting, imo.

I've had a few people who were like, "So you're gonna teach?" And when I said no, they looked all disappointed and confused. I don't really get it.

But then there are a lot of people who tell me, "WOAH, you should like work for the FBI and you'd be rollin' in dough and retire at 35." As nice as that sounds, I don't think I'm cut out for the FBI.

That's pretty cool. Psychology is such an interesting subject!

I'd like to translate. I thought about teaching, but then I guess the idea of being in school for the rest of forever sounded suckish to me. I imagine a job in translating would be much more flexible than a teaching career.

Oh wow! That's crazy. Some of our professors are like that, but they're not required to take attendance, so a lot don't.

I'm currently majoring in Spanish, but I'm thinking of switching over to Asian studies. What about you? What are you majoring in?

The kids at my school drink on Thursday nights because everyone goes home for the weekend on Friday.

They're really noisy about it, but it's kind of funny to see who's absent from classes on Friday morning.
