Yeah... that was just a pain. Hopefully if we do something with the Boitata, then it would be with all those you selected, and maybe Argentina just because he's always like a lost little puppy trying to follow after her. I just realized now that I still haven't had Brazil give him an answer when he confessed his feelings for her. Well, when he did it was right after the attack, so I can just make it so that she's been thinking about it but hasn't made up her mind yet, but then again... argh! All I wanted to do was make an epic tail of someone getting a necklace sent to them where they turn into a giant snake, the students have to save that person and find where the necklace came from. Then they'd find the evil, snake goddess thing and she would unleash her Boitata and another snake at them, they get defeated, Brazil gets her eye sight back, and whoever doused their weapon in their blood has mystical powers now. Like, doesn't that all just sound amazing~?!

That's what I'm trying to figure out for Romania. Originally I brought him in as a romantic interest for NC who would also stir up the pot when he needed to. He's still a big factor in the search for a cure for Norway and Mexico, and I'm pretty sure I figured out a way in order to do that... but there are so many threads of plot line that's been started and then completely haulted and forgotten I really don't want to make an effort with my characters in terms of "big things happening" unless more people are actively wanting to be a part of them. Not just meandering about like they did at the dance. Grrrr it still irks me.

Well, if you're going to get rid of those two, are you at least going to pick up 2 new characters that could at least add some dynamic to the guild? :3

You're dropping Hungary and Finland?! Whyyyy?? I know in the Halloween dance they at least had a good start to the night, well technically all of our characters had good starts to the night... but still! ;n; I was looking forward for more Brazil/Hungary sexy times! Also... do you think they actually solved her blindness problem, or went far enough to only fix one eye? lol

Garsh I don't know what to do, I have all the energy in the world to post, but every time I sit myself to write out something for my characters, I freeze up and end up not posting for the day. I hate being like this, because I want things to move on for once, but I just don't know who to talk to or what to do to entertain myself. ;n;

It had never bothered me having people think I was British. I just always thought it was funny how all the years of speech therapy I took as a kid ended up making me sound less like I'm from Georgia than one of my old battle buddies who was originally born in Indonesia and then moved to Georgia when she married her husband. XD

Holy crap, really?! Dude, that is messed up. Why would anyone okay that? That's basically like saying, "You know what, I think Hitler had the right idea getting rid of all those Jews..." I mean, seriously. Why would anyone be that aggressive against a region.... Besides, it's as you said, no culture is perfect. Hell, a lot of people seem to forget that the Catholic church used to be super corrupt and that's what lead to Martin Luther, who used to be a German monk for the Catholic church, to break away from it and form the Protestant religions. I mean, seriously. No one should ever okay trying to kill off their neighbors, even if they think they're the scum of the Earth. Last I checked, we still mourn 9/11 even though most Americans recently voted that New Yorkers were the rudest, most self-absorbed jackasses of the nation.

Now you know how I felt al those times people asked if I was British. =////w////= (By the way, that's still a thing apparently. A lot of the Nigerians and Sloviks in the area I work in apparently think what I consider to sound southern sounds English and semi-posh.)

=////w////= *feels bad because she works in a fuel center, which is basically a gas station* A- At least your going for what you wanted to do. I still have no idea what I need to do in college to become a marine biologist and work in an aquarium.... However, I feel like I'm probably going to end up being stuck working as a nurse or something at this rate since at least medical people get paid well and should get medical coverage. (It'd be awfully stupid if they didn't.)

Same. At least with mine they take $7 a week out or something before tax, so it technically lessens the tax I have to pay. Plus, they're helping my roommate get his job back since he was unfairly fired. (He might be an a**, but even I know it was unfair how they fired him or why they had.)

Well, GA can bake both of them a pie each and try not to go on too much about it. (He'll probably focus more on FL's needs though since past experiences would have shown FL doesn't handle rejection well. XD)

Same here. We had 2 girls fired this past month and no one brought out to us, so we went from havign a hard time covering shifts if someone is sick or has an emergency to just having to drag ourselves in. Plus I've only had 2 breaks ever since moving out there, and one time was simply because a manager came out and rescued me after two women were screaming at me, threatening me, and causing my anxiety to sky-rocket so that I was on the verge of a nervous break down.

I'm thinking of joining the Union. Not only is our living conditions unsafe due to all of the black mold in our house since the apartment complex basically slaps paint over it and says it's all better. Plus, if more people in my job position are members of the union, we might finally get benefits out there-- which I never understood why we didn't have them since we work 8 or so hours a day in a highly dangerous position and we're typically alone out there. If I get hit by a car on the job, Kroger will probably only help me so long as there is documented proof that I had my stupid safety vest on and there's a clear view of the incident of it on camera (and proff that it wasn't my fault).

Not really. Since the girl was a technical "no call, no show", they had no way of asking another store literally last minute to send one of their workers. Last time I got "lucky" that I had a co-worker who was a previous fuel center worker, but I guess she wasn't in that night. No one else was really trained for the position/would have been able to due to hours/didn't want to. Hell, no one offered to cover for me until nearly 10, at which point I was trying to convince myself to just sleep in the break room so I wouldn't have to waste the gas money.... Which would have landed me there for 26 straight hours with little food or drink.

At the time, yeah. It was bullshit. I was so pissed because I had to work mid-shift and then 5 rolled and I realized my relief wasn't coming. I had only eaten a peanut butter and nutella sandwich that day, and that was 11:40 in the morning. Plus I had to cancel the movie date Nathan and I had planned. I didn't get to buy food until around 9:40 that night, by which I was so hungry that I nearly passed out several times. I worked 12 hours, got 3 hours of sleep, and then got to open the next morning at 5:30 and work until 1:30 in the afternoon.

We have a mutual friend that lives just north of California. He lives in a studio apartment, likes animals, and has a grandfather in the city councel that could get us jobs in no time.

Been busy with work. That and Nathan hasn't been sure if we'll still be together once our lease ends... But he's also said he's cool with moving to Oregon with me if neither of us get a good job or just living with me in general. I don't know. It's confusing....
