If he's going to hurt himself over a lost friendship then he's only making a complete fool of himself. You're right, you do have a right to end something that doesn't feel right to you especially if it's messing with your health in a way. It's only best that you look out for yourself, because you're only protecting yourself from harm. There's nothing weird about your decision. The more you realize it isn't right, that's more of a reason to end the friendship. You're not being rude about telling him how you feel about the friendship between you and him. Oh well if he wants to be a baby and label you the "******** you girl". You're protecting yourself. If he doesn't like that, then... Tough cookies. You're the writer of your own life and the only way to make it all better is to erase the bad and keep the good.

Yeah, that isn't actually love. He's just attempting to get you to like or love him back. You're right. If that guy really love you he wouldn't do those things and he has to know that he isn't going to win you over just by saying, "I love you. Please date me." When you actually think about it, that's just kind of creepy. At least you're not dating that guy. That relationship would be horrible. The guy's a jerk if he's going to make you cry like that. He's supposed to be a friend and listen to what you have to say and maybe help you out if there's a problem. He shouldn't bite your head off for it. He's not even friend material in my opinion. He needs therapy or something.

It's true. It's not love, it's not really anything near that category. All I can sense in that guy is jealousy and anger issues.

Well, hopefully he doesn't have your email or any other things like IM usernames. If he is on any account that you have, take him off and block him or something. As far as being friends with him, I guess it's cool as long as you let him know that it's going to remain that way. With the way he's acting, that would eventually ruin the friendship you have with him if he keeps that up or if he starts acting worse. I can't tell you not to be friends with him, that's your decision. All I can say is... I wouldn't recommend it if he continues acting that way. A true friend doesn't do that, in my opinion.

It's also up to you to ignore/block/answer his calls. If he doesn't have your number then that's good. Once he gets psychotic, there's no stopping the phone calls unless your number gets changed and unlisted.

Wow I would tell him to find someone else or deal with being rejected. He may be a friend but just ignore him. He's acting so irrational. -.- I had the same problem before... Only I was more harsh with the threat.
