Just take a look at your personality, behavior, and certain other aspects.
There are various other "Symptoms" of vampirism, so it's best you check for all of them first.

What I mean is watch what you say and how you describe yourself. they can be very picky sometimes.
Explore your own self more, blood cravings alone isn't enough in their eyes to deem you a vampire, you have to look deeper.
Look at your own personal characteristics. That sort of thing.
One slip of the tongue might lose you their trust though, so be careful.

It's really pretty nice actually, they're friendly most of the time, but just choose your words wisely.

Hm..I see. Well I'm sure if you look the right places you'll find something..Try looking up sanguinarians, I know there's a website community for them you can go to for more answers about your kind of vampire.
Just my suggestion, since that's what kind you seem to be, it might just work out.
