Normally shops will have an ordering form. It makes it more convenient for both the orderer and the artist.
An example is;

Black&White:No
Colors:Yes
Full body:Yes
Headshot:No
Couple:Yes

Be sure to read the shop rules. Most of the time you'll post your order in the forum. And be sure to include a reference pic.

Ok! I find the shops by clicking on the 'Need Gold' icon below your gold amount. From there i click on 'Sell Your Talent'. This will bring up a whole bunch of art shops. I would click on random shops and check out their prices and their examples. A good piece of art will normally range from 10-30k and the really special ones run from 100k and up.
