hey! The way that the Christmas Forums Event goes is this:

you need to give people gifts at least 5 times or so before you get a gift yourself.

If you click on the cow santa, (button on the left) and give 5 cow santa gifts in a row you will get a cow santa hat first, (and then 5 more times at gift giving) and some bull antlers second.

If you click on the alien Zurg santa gift giving (button on the right) and give five or so gifts, you will get the Star yellow aura first, and (with giving 5 or six gifts) you can get the Water Meat baby seal, like the one I have on top of my hat.

When you go to the forums, make sure you post so that other people can give you gifts as well. It takes a while, but eventually you will get the two sets of Christmas Forum gifts (totaling 4)
