It is. I could make some interesting little songs of guitar-only with that amplifier. 3nodding

Effects are just something that helps give variety to the tone of the instrument. Simple as that.

This is a guitar amplifier with a load of effects built-in, so I could easily find use in it. 3nodding

It would be if I could wrench the amp from his grips. mad

I dunno, I have three amps, but his amp has effects, something I don't have.

I NEEEEED IT!!!!

I am, too. I might record some one-track (maybe two track) guitar pieces if I can convince my buddy to let me borrow his amplifier. That would give me a large range of sounds so I could make some interesting work. :3nodL

Yeah, as denoted by the enigmatic "About" section on my profile. 3nodding

I have no way of recording them now, this computer can't handle multi track recording so I'm stuck in a rut. emo

It's really incredible to think they evolved from land animals. Mammalian land animals at that. 3nodding

I hope it does. The other ones about abysmal sea creatures and shipwrecks are coming along fine. lol

They really are. They even have finger bones in their flippers. It's incredible.

I've been trying to figure out how to write a Doom Metal song around a recording of Whale Song I have. It's not working out so well... sweatdrop

That's true, so am I.

I've been on the water in a dinghy when a whale came up next to me. Not fun, scary as hell.

I'd rather be around a large animal on land than on/in the water. 3nodding

Yep, it is. 3nodding

I dunno, though, I really don't want to umbrella in all the people under a couple reasons. I'm sure there are many, many reasons why someone would like land animals more.

And one can't keep all the awesome sea creatures out there.

I mean, if I want a shark, all I can really have is a Bala Shark. If I want a big cat I can just get a Savannah Cat. cool Coolbeans, I say, coolbeans. cool

It's probably because one can roam with them. And one can tend to them a lot easier. For marine animals one has to recreate their entire habitat if one wants to keep them.

I dunno though... sweatdrop

Yeah, they really are some of the best dogs one could own. 3nodding

It would be, as much that is known about them, I am sure there is always more to know. And obviously there is always more to know about the ocean as a whole. cool

Yeah, the two Labs I had were my other mothers. They were just always there. Always seemingly trying to keep me on the right path. 'Cause I was an awesome little kid so far as I have been told by relatives and my close family. Some of them think those two dogs really had a lot to do with it. 3nodding And I don't think that is far from the truth at all.

They are adorable. I want to name one Emperor Fabulous III. Just because the Roman Empire didn't get to have an Emperor Fabulous. lol

Marine Biology would be what I would study as well if I was not going into Music (of some discipline). I would try for deep sea Marine Biology because of its relative lack of exploration (relative to space, which we actually know more solid data about than our own oceans).

I would love to study marine mammals. Whales to Dolphins. Dolphins just seen so human in their behavioral patterns. They're just so fascinating.

That is really cool. 3nodding And I am sorry about your dog. I have wanted a Siberian Husky for a long time. They're such pretty dogs. Also, quite obviously, I want a Welsh Corgi. If it is a male, it will have the name that is my username seeing as I came up with it with a Welsh Corgi in mind. lol

When I was younger, I was literally raised by two golden Labradors. Those girls would follow me around everywhere and almost never left my side. Living out on ten acres of land for five years was great for them. They both died within a couple years of each other and I miss them like no other. They were the best dogs I could have ever asked for.

Zoology sounds like it would be extremely interesting. I have a friend that wants to do Marine Biology. It would be cool to have a Zoologist and a Marine Biologist as friends. cool I'd be able to be informed about all sorts of interesting things. cool

I'm always right. cool Actually... No I'm not... >_>

They're a large part of my life as well. I have two cats, one of them is mine. I'd like to get a dog that will live with my cats (or later cats that will live with my dogs) in harmony. That would make me rather happy. 'Cause I would be able to have a dog lay on the couch right here next to me and a cat on my lap to the right of me. cool The company would be welcome. 3nodding

Yes, it is. Especially the animals thing, I agree with that sooooooooooooo much. 3nodding

Bad at starting conversation, huh?

Well, you shouldn't be. Your "About" section is full of interesting little tidbits that can be discussed.

And a few of those things I share in common with you. lol
