Guess what I have a bike, but it is on flat and i do not know how to ride it yet. :blush:

Hai. ^_^ I ran like 4.5 miles. I was not great at first. But generally increse your load. Do not rush it. Take it easy and your knees will get used to it. razz The body is one extraordinary thing. It is can adapt.^_^ I am sure you can do it. 3nodding
