Oh nice. *Noms* Florida is still rather chilly depending on the area you live. Though I suppose 40's is much better than the teens.

A lot of people have been getting sick recently. Make sure to get enough rest and drink fluids. Also, even if people don't wish to work on their day off, they are getting paid for it. So to many it's not a big deal unless something specific was planned. *Waits on you to make cookies to snatch one up*

I can't swim well either. And after nearly drowning twice, water and me don't mix. Large bodies of water that is.

I'm not a fan of swimming beaches honestly. I have terrible anxiety, but love animals and helping people. So I try and do volunteering a couple days a week. Anyway, walking beaches and so wonderful. The sand dunes, live animals like fish in streams of water, crabs, horseshoe crabs, etc. All the shells and the like. It's very natural and relaxing. <3

Yeah, it's crazy how bad it really is though. It's common knowledge that things like plastic or anything metallic being thrown into the wild is harmful. It's not as though it'll kill you or be a waste of time walking a short distance to toss it in the trash. Such is life though.

*Shudders* That sounds like a terrible experience there. Though if it's to ensure the animals safety, a meaningful one. At one point I volunteered at a dog shelter and had to be aware of things around them and people. When leaning over the gates and such to see/pick them up things can drop from their pockets, or you'd have people try to sneak and feed them. Like, please don't do that. It's not your animal yet, and while it may seem cute to do, we'll be the ones to face any repercussions should anything happen because of it.

Even being part time, you're an official worker there. smh People are just so stubborn in their ways and don't care to bother with mundane things. Oddly if we did more often, things would be so much easier. xD
