well, she's 18 and she's old enough to get a tattoo and i've been wanting one for a REALLY long time!!! So then she gones out and gets a tat. on her neck with out me, then she goes out and gets a heart tat. on her hip where i wanted mine!!! crying she's such a butt !!D=
